What is Cosmetic Acupuncture?
This is a non-surgical facelift!
Hailed as the holistic alternative to Botox, Cosmetic Acupuncture is a non-surgical treatment aimed at reducing the signs of aging. Based on the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine, the method involves the insertion of extremely fine needles into the ‘acupoints’ of the face, increasing blood circulation and stimulating collagen production, plumping out fine lines and wrinkles and providing firmness, for a healthy, glowing and more natural looking complexion.
Cosmetic Acupuncture has attracted a lot of attention in the media recently, with many celebrities and models reported as being fans. Although relatively new to the West, the Chinese have long been using various points on the face to combat the signs of ageing and treat a variety of skin conditions for centuries. The emperor’s wives and concubines were recorded to have received cosmetic acupuncture.

Can I have Cosmetic Acupuncture treatment if I’ve had Botox?
Acupuncture has not been found to interact negatively with Botox, although clients who have undergone a treatment of Botox are advised to wait a period of at least 2 weeks before arranging an acupuncture session. Cosmetic Acupuncture will maintain the effects of Botox and over time reduce the amount of injections required per year.
Treatment consists of a course of 10 – 12 sessions, carried out once a week for best results. Each individual will respond differently to the treatment depending on their age and lifestyle. Visible results are noticeable after 3 to 6 sessions. Maintenance may be needed once every month.
Individual Cosmetic Acupuncture session: £150.00.
