Dr Deen will usually discuss nutrition and lifestyle habits as part of your consultation. If your diet needs attention, he will aim to help you to adapt your eating habits to a diet that supplies your body with the nutrition it needs.  Moderate exercise and advice on how to achieve restful sleep will also be discussed.  This ensures a well-nourished, properly functioning mind and body and energy and stamina are brought back up to optimum levels.
